Propeller Club of the United States

Propeller Club of the United StatesThe Propeller Club of the United States is a grassroots, non-profit organization, whose membership resides throughout the United States and the world.  It is dedicated to the enhancement and well-being of all interests of the maritime community on a national and international basis.  The Propeller Club aggressively promotes the maritime industry through many of its programs and partnering with other similar organizations.  Our goal is to educate legislators and the public as to the importance and necessity of all waterborne commerce. Savannah Maritime Association

Savannah Maritime AssociationThe Savannah Maritime Association is a partnership of maritime-related companies dedicated to the development and safety of our port. The Savannah Maritime Association strives to foster cooperation and the exchange of information in order to achieve common goals. The Savannah Maritime Association works for the common benefit of all participants in Georgia’s Ports, Federal,  State, City, Commercial and Community organizations.


Council Supply Chain Management Professionals

Council Supply Chain Management ProfessionalsTo lead the evolving supply chain management profession by developing, advancing, and disseminating supply chain knowledge and research. The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals is the preeminent worldwide professional association of supply chain management professionals.

The CSCMP exists to provide opportunities for supply chain professionals to communicate in order to develop and improve their supply chain management skills. Secondly to identify and conduct research which adds to the knowledge base of supply chain theory and practice. Finally, CSCMP exists to create awareness of the significance of supply chain to business and to the economy.


Southeastern Warehouse Association

Southeastern Warehouse AssociationThe SWA is an organization of professional logistics warehouse companies and the associate members who provide them with products and services!  Established in 1919, the SWA’s primary purpose is to promote the integrity of the warehousing industry as an integral part of our nations global supply chain by providing superior performance and exceptional value!

The SWA also believes that it is important to improve the competitive position of our members through professional development by providing forums that enable them to improve their business management skills.

The Savannah Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of advancing commercial, industrial and civic interests of the community.  


Savannah Traffic Club

Savannah Traffic ClubThe Savannah Traffic Club is a non-profit organization open to persons in the transportation and logistics industries and related fields. Currently, over 50 companies in manufacturing, shipping and allied industries and Georgia Southern University are represented by the membership in the club.  STC promotes education in the field of transportation and logistics in partnership with GSU by awarding scholarships to deserving college students seeking a degree in transportation and logistics.


National Institute of Packaging Handling Logistics

National Institute of Packaging Handling LogisticsWith a progressive group of members providing a variety of industry representatives throughout the United States since 1956. Serving Government and Industry specialists by providing a common ground for the exchange of information in all areas of packaging and handling with a view toward improvements in design, materials, equipment, application, standardization, and cost evaluation methods which will facilitate logistic planning. Broadening the social and professional boundaries of individuals whose day-to-day activities tend to limit their considerations to a particular area of association.
